All rods and blank are built to order. For orders up to the value of £550.00 a deposit of £100.00 is required. Rods and blanks over that value, a £200.00 deposit is required.

The balance on all orders is payable when the rod is completed before despatch or on collection.

There is a minimum order value of £ 15.00. excl. postage on small orders.

*If paying by credit card/debit card using Paypal, on small orders a 3% fee will be added on all components orders totaling £50.00 or less (including postage)

BY POST:

I can accept payment by Cash/Postal Order/Cheque. Orders should be sent to the address below. Please include your name, address, (including postcode) and daytime telephone number, email address and full details of your order. If ordering by Credit/Debit Card, please state your credit card number, expiry date and the address at which the card is registered. Please make cheques payable to ‘David Norwich' and allow 10 days for clearance on all orders paid by personal cheque.

PAYMENT SCHEME (U.K. ONLY):

For purchases over £ 200 and up to £ 500 in value, and paid by Paypal or by direct Bank Transfer you may pay by credit terms. Your deposit of

£100 plus £12.00 (Total £112.00 Carriage will be payable at the time of order and the remaining balance will be paid by-

monthly installments of £50.

Similarly for purchases over £ 500, you can opt for our payment scheme by paying a deposit of £200.00 Plus £12.00 Carriage (Total £212.00) and pay the balance by monthly instalments of £50.00.

You will be asked to complete a Payment Scheme Form detailing and authorizing your payments schedule. There is no charge for this service.

Please note goods remain the property of ‘David Norwich' until all payments are made in full. Any installments which fail to clear my account will immediately render the remaining balance due in full, and you will be liable for any costs incurred in debt collection and securing payment of amounts owing.

CARRIAGE (U. K. ONLY): RODS/ROD BLANKS/ ROD CASES:

Carriage & packing charge £ 12.00. by insured Parcel Post (Approx. 3 working days U.K mainland). COMPONENTS - des patched by First Class Recorded Delivery - postage & packing charge £ 3.00.

WARRANTY RETURNS AND RODS BEING SENT FOR REPAIR:

If you are returning goods for attention, please send carefully-packed (if possible in original packing material), post-paid and fully insured to my  HILLSIDE WORKS Address. If using Royal Mail/Parcel force please ensure that package is insured in transit. I am not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to David Norwich.

Do not forget to enclose a contact name, address and tel number or email.

If returning Rods or Rod Blanks under the ‘Three Breaks Warranty', please enclose the relevant Handling, processing payment of £39.00 for single handed fly rods or £65.00 for double handed rods. (this fee is current as off January 2008 and is subject to change without prior notice and at the cost ruling at the date of claim).

RETURNS.

I offer a true custom build service, Most rods or blanks (sale items or ex-demonstration rods excepted) are made with great care and time to special order and are not supplied ex stock.

Therefore it is my aim to make you entirely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the workmanship of your rod/blank or components ordered, a full refund will be issued if the order is returned to me in the same condition as you received it within 10 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued on the basis that the order is in unused sound condition. If the item has been used or is marked or damaged in any way that prevents selling of the item as new, an appropriate deduction will be made on assessment of the used condition of the item.
